As part of our Standards of Excellence program, CDSA always provides On-Site Management for every program that we orchestrate. There is nothing worse than being responsible for an event and not knowing any of the vendors, timelines, function room layouts, or other crucial elements.
Our Professional On-Site Manager(s) will arrive prior to the program to meet with all critical personnel and vendors to ensure proper orchestration down to the finest detail. Our Manager(s) will confirm and reconfirm all arrangements, menus, set-up, load-in and removal times, entertainment features, ground transportation, décor, executive gifts, and more. And, in the case of our Full-Meeting Management at our Preferred Hotels and Resorts, our Manager will also coordinate all rooming lists, arrivals and departures manifests, banquet event orders, deliveries, meeting and event room set-up, audio-visual equipment and technicians, and so much more.
CDSA's On-Site Staff is another key feature to our service base. We coordinate all on-site Hospitality and Registration Staff, Transportation Staff, and other key personnel so that you can focus on your guests and entertaining or educating them. Our seasoned professionals will welcome your guests, provide every comfort and service, and enhance the already superior service levels of our chosen venue.
